Susan
Isabelle Simons has 23+ years of work experience, starting
her career back in 1988 in the machinery industry. With that a great journey
through different jobs and industries, studying Business Administration and
Marketing East Asia in parallel started. Living in China for a year Susan got
all flavors of cultural differences. Yet in 2001 she found her passion working
for SAP SE in the area of Talent Management, serving customers through
different roles in consulting, sales and product management. |

Duncan Scott is the Product Sales Manager for Workforce Analytics & Workforce Planning in North America. During Duncan's eight year tenure, he has facilitated Workforce Planning and Change-Management workshops and has written articles published in Talent Management Magazine and SuccessFactors' 2012 Benchmark Study. In the past year, Duncan has spoken at ASMI's Workforce Planning Conference in Washington, DC and ASE's Compensation Conference in Detroit, Michigan.
Daily responsibilities find Duncan working directly with clients to define workforce analytics and planning methodologies, and serving as a liaison between client needs and product management. |

Yolanda Xu (Chinese) has 12+ years of working experience at Financial Service and Software Support Service area. She has various experience on customer support service, customer feedback management, innovations on process improvement and quality assurance via 6 sigma methodology and LEAN methodology. She has 8+ years of people management and project management experience, has plenty experience on employee satis-faction/employee engagement improvement via leading teams and driving related projects, such like Perfect Day of a Support Engineer LEAN initiative, Employee Engagement program, Generation Y project. Yolanda has been working at Japan, Germany and Ireland, currently working at SAP China, Dalian office. In addition to her mother tongue, she also speaks Japanese and English.
